  7. The Green House is not responsible for jewelry and valuables left in the room. It is recommended to deliver valuables to the administration of The Green House.
  8. The rights of the establishment as well as the guests to safeguard before the competent authorities facts that constitute an illicit or that give rise to responsibility for any of the parties in their persons and property, as long as they occur inside the room, are safe.
  9. It is forbidden for guests to alter the order or cause inconvenience to other users within the establishment. Music and visits are allowed only from 11:00 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. and only in social areas. Visits must be reported with the staff in charge.
  10. It is forbidden to smoke inside the prohibited areas, as well as the consumption and handling of drugs, psychoactive substances and or prohibited by Colombian legislation within commercial establishments such as The Green House.
  11. It is forbidden to the guests to nail nails or to hang images and objects in the walls, to have substances that by their stench or easy decomposition bother the other users of the establishment.
  12. The guest will have the right to use the kitchen and all his implements within the established schedule - 8:00 a.m. at 10:30 p.m. and the duty to leave everything clean and in the condition in which it was found.
  13. Moderate and rational use of the furniture of the establishment should be made, taking care of them properly.
  14. Every guest, when leaving the room, has the obligation to leave the windows closed, entrance doors, water faucets and turn off lights.
  15. It is forbidden to use electric current and mechanical equipment installed in the rooms for other purposes than those to which they are intended.
  16. Objects and valuables forgotten by a guest will remain in the custody of the administration of The Green House for a term of 30 days, once this term is concluded and when there is no claim, they should be deposited with the competent authority.
  17. In The Green House there can be no discrimination based on sex, political creed, religion, nationality or social status.
  18. The Green House Hostel rejects exploitation, pornography, sex tourism and any other form of sexual abuse in minors and will require identification and familiarity or tutoring with the accompanying minors.
  19. Employees of The Green House may have access to the occupied rooms for maintenance of these and in case fully verified that the security of the establishment and / or guest is threatened or at his request.
